Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not offer any Return or exchange for all our products.

Refund requests are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Zeroblend Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from purchase of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect/Expired product, Incomplete product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from the date the product was purchased as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.

Zeroblend will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep in which case the customer will have to bear the return shipping cost; however, locations where we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us on your own expense, or dispose of/ destroy them.

Customized orders cannot be returned.

No cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.
